Hotel Check-In Information
If you opt for contactless hotel check-in, we may collect government identification such as Aadhar, driving license, election card, date of birth, travel details, or residence information. These details may be shared with service providers strictly for booking facilitation. This information may also be used for future communication including marketing messages.
If you request deletion of this information, Ghumlena.com may not be able to process your booking. We will never share identification details without your prior consent unless required by law.
